It seems that a certain GOP Assemblyman, Mike Duvall,  has been caught on tape in Sacramento discussing his sexual conquests.  Oh, and he was making his statements during a committee meeting.  Seems Assemblyman Duvall likes to spank his girlfriends (who by the way are lobbyists).  One has to wonder what his wife would like to do to him.

It is no wonder our state is such a mess.
